The KLF litigation team represents clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, defamation, partnership divorces and other challenging circumstances.

We represent both businesses and individuals in matters of import where the stakes are significant. In each matter, we seek to solve the client’s problem in an economically rational way, keeping the investment in lawyers under control while aggressively pursuing a satisfactory resolution.

Our team is comprised of large law firm alumni who have chosen to leave national and international platforms in order to focus on a select group of clients that require the training and skillset of large law firms, without the attendant cost. We handle arbitrations for clients on both the plaintiff and defense side, and are very comfortable taking cases to federal and state court when the circumstances dictate that we do so.

Although our clients operate in diverse industries, we have achieved notable outcomes in the healthcare, commercial real estate, and investment/finance space.
