Ms. Daniel has more than 20 years of experience supporting legal teams in civil trials, criminal trials, arbitrations, government investigations and state administrative hearings.

Prior to joining The Khayat Law Firm, Ms. Daniel spent twelve years at King & Spalding in Atlanta, where she was a Legal Assistant for the firm’s nationally acclaimed business litigation practice group, with emphasis on data privacy and information security.  She regularly volunteers with the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, as well as the Georgia Legal History Foundation at Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia.
