With significant experience in the federal courts and appeals, Mr. Spielman’s practice is focused on complex business litigation, employment and business disputes, and appeals. 

For more than a decade, Mr. Spielman’s career was focused in the judiciary. In addition to his two clerkships in the United States District Courts, Mr. Spielman worked in the Department of Justice Honors Program as an Attorney Advisor in the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Office of Administrative Law Judges. He also served as a Court Counsel to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Palau. As Counsel at the Khayat Law Firm, Mr. Spielman has leveraged his knowledge and experience from all judicial levels to represent clients in administrative proceedings, trial level cases, and appeals.Brian previously worked as a Court Counsel to the Palau Supreme Court and in the Drug Enforcement Administration Component of the Department of Justice Honors Program.
